First clip is showing that I can't progress. I watched some other videos online and Bode is supposed to shoot the electric plasma. For some reason he doesn't and I'm able to by pass it and make my way through and now the grapple hook isn't popping up for me

Next clip show me trying to go to another area thinking it would work after playing through a rumor. Please help I've closed the game, uninstalled and reinstalled nothing is working.

I have the same issue. I have no solution, sorry. Go to map, than to planet view and back to game, this could help for seconds to fight with the enemy or open a door but the BUG is still there. I try the same uninstalled, reinstalled, new game, settings change - nothing helps. :(
