Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"Let me know if that helps or not.
Hey I have done everything you have said but nothing has worked my game still doesn't load

Hello, @Uuujhhyujj
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
Hello so I have done all of that and it still doesn't work

Try deleting the personal saved data for Jedi Survivor. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the Jedi Survivor tile
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data
- Delete the file with your gamertag on it
Let me know what happens.
Do I select delete from console or delete all
Ok so I deleted it and it still won't load

Do you happen to use a custom gamerpic for your Xbox profile? If so, change it to a default one and let me know what happens.
So I did that and it still doesn't work

Please try what I just suggested. If that doesn't help, try deleting and reinstalling the game.
Ok so I changed my profile picture then restarted my console and it worked thank you

Can you try switching to a different default gamerpic?
- @EA_Aljo Hi again i switched to a different gamerpic and i got to load the game up once but after closing it and trying to load it again it wont open. I tried all the steps again but it is not helping.
Hey so I was able to load into the game after doing the steps but after closing it and trying to load it up again it's not working anymore
- @Uuujhhyujj Same Thing happened to me
Same issue here… nothing is working
I’ve had the same problem, it crashed while playing the hologram game and I uninstalled it twice and luckily second time it resumed and not had any problems thus far (fingers crossed) there was no chance I was starting again after 24 bourse play time
I'm having the exact same issue. Have tried all the suggestions and nothing works. So disappointing.
I have the same problem. Working fine Saturday night (so after the first patch). As of Sunday morning, it only goes to a perpetual loading screen. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and deleting local save data and alternate MAC address. Not going to bother with the other things since they aren't working for others and I don't have a custom Xbox profile pic. I was at 73% completion; it's going to be very aggravating if the only solution to this is starting a new game.
