I'm on day 20 of no reply in a very simple request of removing my years-old security key so I can do a password reset. Understand everyone is busy and locked down, but I'm wondering if this is a queue issue or if folks who are trying to hand EA money are being de-prioritized. I appreciate the consistent replies by the folks here who just keeps pointing people to that email account, so I'm wondering if anyone's actually had their account fixed.

whats the swtor username in case it isn't linked to this ea account, will flag with CS as it appears the email has been missed or the email to them simply never arrived.

@proxos666 My username is "notrevenant" according to my username retrieval via my associated email account, but I don't think I've played since they converted logins from emails to usernames (I last played during Shadow of Revan). I've actually followed up twice with no response still...maybe it's going to the spam folder? Is it possible to send you my associated email privately to see if it all matches? Appreciate the assistance!

CS haven't received any emails from you , are you able to send an email to support@swtor.com from a different more common domain name maybe from gmail or similar ?

@proxos666 I sent it via a gmail account and provided both account name and associated email with my request, here's to hoping this works. Thanks for looking into it!
