Attempting to buy subscription
I tried to buy 30 days of subscription on the Swtor website, when I clicked pay now it told me that it didn’t work and I have to try again. When I checked my bank account it said my money was taken, yet I still don’t have the subscription, what should I do?
have a look at the status of the transaction in your swtor account, does it say open or closed ? it needs to say closed before able to chase it with support
otherwise it maybe a limbo payment stuck between merchants that will show as pending and drop off in 3 - 5 business days
