authentication request could not be processed

My EA account no longer shows the SWTOR game in my library.

When I try to start SWTOR, I receive a message saying that the authentication request could not be processed due to a system problem.

I tried resetting the password, but even after the reset it still doesn't work.

How can I recover my account?
