I have basically one to one the same issue. Subcription payment in my payment history on website marked as complete, my payment provider has already given me a receipt, on the online banking sheet the payment is marked as reserved, though not yet formally deducted. But should I log into the game on its native client, it will refuse to aknowledge a subcription ever existed.

I will see if there is any known billing issues at present regarding subscriptions

I bought the Enter the Fight bundle, and it has also not been applied to my account. The transaction is also marked as Complete. Although I only purchased the bundle an hour or two ago, so I'm going to wait till tomorrow to see if it goes through.
