Character got sent back and after got softlocked

He hadn't played for awhile and he logged back onto his sith warrior that had already done rise of the hutt cartel and was doing revans dlc but when he logged in he was at the interlude and after completing the interlude it tells him to talk to  r-c92 but he cant. we think its because he already finished hutt cartel but we dont know what to do to fix it.
