Ok, I'll try it anyway.
thanks for the attentionThis really makes me nervous.
So many failed attempts.
Then suddenly one is open and goes through.
I didn't even have to reset my password. I just pressed the reset link and suddenly the failed credit card attempt went through.
I swear if there is $80 worth of 30 day subs on my credit card...
SWTOR really needs to get this ironed out!

My last transaction went through, I think.
First it failed.
Then I clicked on the password reset link.
But before it even sent the reset mail, the failed was switched to open and now I am subscribed.
So strange, and nerve racking.

Support said your account looks fine and you are now subscribed , they can also see the failed transaction you mentioned.
other then that all looks as it should

Hi can you check mine its Iowndead They didnt get the payment while the money on my bank is gone

Support said you show as subscribed for 60 days that you bought
if your online when you purchase you do need to log out and back in to reflect the subscriber status

Try to subscribe and it just says"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance."
