Completion of chapter 3

Question

I have completely finished my chapter 3 for my smuggler but have yet to get the achievement for that completion. I have no other things to complete on that character and would like the achievement I am owed so I can work on the legendary title.

Unfortunately in order to get the achievement granted you would need to submit a ticket in-game.

Do you have the Ilum quest in your Log, if not go to Fleet seek the Quest giver, try to talk to him, fly to Ilum.

Well its nice to know you answer things in an orderly fashion. My friend who sent in a ticket yesterday has had the ticked answered and you still ignore mine.
