Getting an error message when trying to renew my subscription
I've been subscribing non-stop for about 3 years. This time around my subscription did not renew when it should have. I tried to manually renew it myself but got an error message "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0} not sure why I'm only now starting to get the error or what's causing it. I've tried using 2 different cards and my PayPal, none of them are working. I've tried every day for the last week, but no luck.
