    server cache usually lasts around 15 minutes, maybe there is a server issue going on 

    rebooted your computer just in case ?

Well, I'll be- I have no idea what caused this or how rebooting my PC could fix it, but it did fix it. Two hours spent trying things, and simply rebooting fixed the issue lol
