I purchased the Steam bundle yesterday, about 24 hours ago, but still haven't received the items or cartel coins, or had my subscription status upgraded to subscriber.
I've seen reference to emailing screenshots, but don't know the email address I should send to.

Support have your email with the screenshots, but cant add the gametime until an account issue is resolved
to fix that account issue you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , US line opens in about 4 hrs 10 minutes from the time of this post
