Login service currently unavailable?

Yeah i have the same problem, no notification on swtor.com about maintenance and no reply yet on here.

Same problem. Was able to log in twice. First time the server list was empty. Second time the game just quit before getting to the server screen. Now it's back to Login Service Unavailable. 

My brother who's in the other room here, is currently playing :/

I have the exact same problem. After restarting my pc the game let me log in twice but both times I lost connection. It followed up by the server list being empty and all I'm getting now is that same error.

My brother is locked out too, now. Apparently he was fine as long as he was playing, but logging in again gives the same error message.

Same problem, and as far as I can tell the problem is here for at least 8 hours ☹️

What ISP Region are you guys ?

Can you post the most recent launcher log ?

Workaround for now should be a VPN like www.hotspotshield.com

I gather a ping to Launchpad.swtor.com fails

I'm from Europe, Poland to be exact.

I tried one more thing now, although I'm not sure if that's a coincidence or just me being brilliant (haha!),

But I've tried to start the launcher as an Admin, and it did let me log in, althought after a lot of thinking and initializing.

AND the game claims I'm in quick play mode and that I can only play starting planets until the game downloads itself. The game ofc is installed on the PC, and yesterday there ws no problem.

Ping to  Launchpad.swtor.com gives me only ""site not available"".

Part II: Launcher cannot patch itself

Apparently, for some reason the problem I had, and hopefully you all got, is that the launcher cannot patch up, therefore it screws over everything. Sorry for writing here in the first place and not checking that troubleshooting first, but it just came to me when launcher gave me info "Try patching again" or something like that. Hope it helps you all

Morning, attached my launcher log.

On 1 PC I can't even run the launcher (login service unavailable) and on another I do get through but get a empty server select screen as it can't retrieve that data.

Located in the Netherlands with provider Ziggo.

This log shows an issue with talking to manifest.swtor.com but last bit of the log says you launched ok

this is likely the system that you mentioned logged in

Looks like the issue is intermittent then for manifest, if the launcher has updated recently though remove and re-add the exceptions for launcher.exe and swtor.exe to the exception lists

for you it looks like the login server was ok

I'm from Holland, got the same problem.
