Login Service is Unavailable

So I wanted to return to SWTOR a couple of weeks ago and when I logged in it asked to me to select a server when none was showing. Eventually I uninstalled it and tried re-installing it from the launcher direct from the website but it kept failing saying it couldn't connect to the server.

Then I tried it on Steam to which it worked, it downloaded, I could open and find all my old characters and I managed to try it out for a few hours, logged in a couple of times and I decided to re-subscribe. After paying money, now every time I attempt to log in it says login service is unavailable. I've tried looking up ways to fix this, I've uninstalled, reinstalled from both direct (which still gave the same problem as above) and steam, restarted the router/modem and computer, checked firewall and security if it was being blocked but it was listed as accepted and nothing is amiss. Its been over a week and I'm still getting the same thing and I'm not sure what else can do.
