No security key app and forgot password
I don't have access to my security app anymore because my phone broke. I also forgot my password. However, in order to reset the password I need the security key.. so you can see my dilemma. There is no response from EA support (It says the case has been updated but no responses visible?)
I hate making phone calls as well, so not interested in calling EA support either.
I finally remembered the password, so after trying to log in I got the option "Lost your security key?" and can now delete it.
Too bad it doesn't work if you forgot both password and key.
