I’m a regular user, not a hacker. I didn’t do anything else besides installing the language mod. I had even purchased a 60-day subscription and added coins just two days before.
I would ask for the reason for the ban
Apparently, the issue wasn’t the patch itself, but the fact that its “origin” was deemed suspicious. I even called EA US support by phone, and they confirmed that was the reason for the ban. Right now, my account is under review.
