Please Help can't start the game

Hi all,

I am having a trouble starting the game. I open the Launcher, log in successfully but when I press "play" the launcher disappears (like it's supposed to) but the game does not start up, nothing.... I have DirectX, I cannot for some reason use the repair launcher function and I have restarted the game. Please help :'(

    proxos666​ Solved it!

    Thank you soo much for your help in the past couple weeks with this. I was at my wits end about this. Long story short for anyone who may read this and is experiencing similar issues, I needed to do a full clean boot. proxos666​ provided a link on a step-by-step detail on how to do this. I also recommend asking proxos666​ for help first as he knows what he's doing and has made opening the game possible for me (he can read game crashes and such through DXDiag).

    1. Open the text file, select all the text inside (Ctrl + A) and copy it (Ctrl +C).
    2. Go to http://hastebin.com/, paste the contents of your DXDiag inside (Ctrl+V) 
    3. Click on the Copy Shareable Link button and then paste (Ctrl+V) that link into your post on EA Forums, along with a precise description of your issue.

    Thank you soo much for helping me. I tried to send it all in one message but that failed so I went to send it in pieces but apparently there is a limit to how many messages I can send :( I sent you my discord if that helps.
