QUICK TRAVEL UPGRADES FOR CARTEL COINS NOT WORKING - WHERE TO REPORT?

I have bought 2 quick travel updates with cartel coins (real money). Each should reduce cooldown time by 2min. The default cooldown with no updates was 6min. And with the updates it's still 6 min, instead d 2min!

I'm a preferred player, not a subscriber, so where can I try reporting this? I know there are no refunds, but this either is a bug, or I just didn't get what I've paid for. Plus I'm now afraid of buying anything for cartel coins, as other functions may be bugged too and just eat up my money with no ingame benefit :(

    SWTOR support helped me:
    "Please finish creating your legacy by entering a legacy name when you press "Y" ingame. This might cause issues with some unlocked functions." After entering a legacy name and restarting the game all upgrades are working fine 🙂

    most unlocks purchased with coins, go to the character inventory to be used from there to apply to an account , not sure on these one though 

    you can email support@swtor.com via the same email address used on the swtor account and see if they can take a look further for you

    @proxos666 Thank you! Unfortunately it does not appear in inventory - on the map it already says I have level 2/3 of Quick Travel Upgrade. It seems to be technically active, just the cooldown tile did not change ☹️
