You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can assist fixing the account issue you have

support cant see an account issue , try with incognito mode with chrome or delete the web browser
You should be able to purchase in euros on swtor.com being in ukraine i have just been told - proxos6663 years agoHero+
This is getting raised to be checked again for ukraine , in case a region restriction is causing issues still
you should be able to purchase the 60 day origin swtor deluxe code using paypal as a workaround for now
@proxos666 I used to subscribe via steam but now i subscribed via website. You can see yesterday's process from the photo. But when i entered the game today my subscription expired. Any ideas? pls help.

goto the subscription tab on the left then click on the " view your purchase history " , i would guess the purchase had failed

Support have asked you to stop trying to purchase the subscription , they will email you when you can try to purchase again

Same here, having troubles buying a subscription via the site.
Using the site since buying it via steam never worked for me.
It ended some days ago and i couldnt resubscribe i am always failing after allowing it to charge my paypal with a nothing saying error.
Its simply telling me to "Try it again later"
My subscription that I've had for a few years now has been randomly ended and I'm unable to continue it either paypal or debit card. It just says "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one."
I tried purchasing a sub through steam but it still hasn't recognized the subscription. Is calling the only way to fix it?

I am not subscribing via steam, i just use the steam client to start.
I was subscribing via the homepage wich results in the screenshots error.

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (not Shinyanata your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

so have the screenshots ready , as you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue you have
