To fix the account, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona abcjqp5seniana (not llubtish1 your posting on now) that EA account uses a Hotmail.co.uk email
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
If you dont have access to that hotmail email , call swtor support when the lines are open- @proxos666 So I updated my password and done EA ID

The Linked EA account that has the persona abcjqp5seniana and uses a hotmail.co.uk email is still disabled needing a password resetCan you post here on the other EA account to be sure you have the right EA account ( it is not the EA account your posting with now )
