CS will be able to provide a refund of the cartel coins, however it will take a few days for them to respond.
Unfortunately I cannot flag this directly with CS until Monday now.
I have unlocked Togruta and got Email that I claimed it.. but it is not available in game. I need help
when you purchase an unlock it goes to the inventory of that character as an item to be used to apply to the account
Nothing came through my inventory. I am not a subscriber so I can't even ticket for petition..
email support@swtor.com using the same email address you have used on your swtor account, detail the swtor displayname, what server and character made the purchase and they can look closer at what occured
