  • @proxos666 Thanks for responding. I already emailed [edit: email address removed] and emailed Steam. No response so far. I would like to think it's just delay, but it's almost 8 hours since I bought the sub.

    Have flagged to check the account for issues and they see your email 

    response will be in the next 3 - 4 hours when support are online here for the day

    @proxos666 im saving the same problems for my subscription. can you check or see what is wrong with it?

    ive also have sent an email but no replies so far.

  • @proxos666Sir, I found something interesting.
    My EA account is registered in 2016, swtor account in 2013. Maybe something is wrong here? (can be seen on screenshots).

    And also, from where should I send the email to swtor support? I have sent it from my email account k****[edit: email address removed] If it didn't show up to support I suppose it should be sent directly from some of my accounts?

    Strange support don't get my email (twice by now), but it can't be helped it seems.

    I'm sending screenshots here then. 

    And my steam is connected to swtor account. I checked it once again to be sure.

    Gametime has been added so you should be good now 

    if not already you need to cancel the subscription in steam , it can be repurchased in steam when this gametime ends

  • @proxos666 Thank you for your help. Subscription works now. But a question is, how to avoid this problem in a future?
    I have to admit I was pretty desperate 'cause SWTOR site never accepted any of my credit cards (different banks). Even my brother tried with his card, which is fine, cause he gotten the sub on his account. But still doesn't work on my account.
    So I tried to sub by Steam and... the rest of a story is known.
    What can I do? What could be wrong with my account? I want to have further sub later, so if you possibly know a solution, I would be grateful.
