Steam subscription not working 2024

Hi,
I've had my SWTOR account since 2015, decided to make a return to the game and bought a sub on steam but it isn't activating. After some digging around and following a lot of the advice on many threads there was still no change.

My EA and SWTOR accounts use the same email. EA account is linked to steam. Steam is linked to SWTOR.

Not really sure what else to do at this point.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

edit: ok they found the email , it is in the queue for an agent

swtor account displayname ? need this to check the account for issues

changing emails to be the same on accounts does not make any difference it doesnt affect linkage

the linked ea account was created at the same time as the swtor account using the same email address, after creation these accounts can use different emails and passwords and act independent of each other

you will need to email screenshots as per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message however gametime cant be added until any account issue is sorted
