Steam Subscription Purchased – Still Not Subscriber (Brazil)
Hello,
I am posting here because email support has not responded and this is currently the only available support channel for my region.
I purchased a 30-day SWTOR subscription via Steam on December 13th. The payment was completed successfully, and the subscription is active on my Steam account (recurring subscription enabled).
However, my SWTOR account is still not showing Subscriber status in-game.
Steps already taken:
- Logged out and back into the game multiple times
- Restarted the launcher
- Verified Steam purchase and subscription status
- Sent an email to SWTOR Support with all required unedited screenshots:
• Steam Account Details page (showing Steam ID)
• Steam Purchase History
• Transaction details page
- Sent a follow-up on the same ticket
As of now, I have received no response, and the subscription has not been applied to my SWTOR account.
I am located in Brazil, and email support is the only option available to me. I am requesting assistance or escalation so this Steam subscription can be manually reviewed and applied to my SWTOR account.
