Just to confirm you have logged out and back into the swtor account since purchase ? support said the gametime has been applied to that account
I just got a Subscription on Steam as well, and it doesn't seem to be registering. Do I need to do something else?

have flagged to check the account for issues , and that they have your email
response will be in about 11 - 12 hrs when support are online for the day

you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

Im also having the same issue via steam, i emailed support but hoping to get a faster response.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona papanurglle (not justerab your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
When i checked they couldnt see an email , so try resending firstup using the email attached to the swtor account and let me know when sent and i can recheck they see it

Ok email was found , you should be all sorted now , be sure to cancel the subscription in steam , you can repurchase onsteam after the current gametime ends
