Bought it on the main website not steam tried to contact in game but it still says subscribe now can it be manually activated please ? IGN username callmegoughy

im genuinely shocked at how helpful you've been. nearly 30 years of playing MMO's but... this gave me a blast from the early 2000's when GM's would talk to you about bugs in the forums and that's how you'd get support at times. when i checked they had no email per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message , so have the screenshots handy when you call and ask to upload to a case whilst on the phone or confirm they have your steam email when you call.
I have called them and all their lines are busy and there isn't even a hold, it just hangs up.
Since my subscription was gifted I cant even go through with the support ticket since it needs 3 screenshots.
Why is this even an issue and why do they make it so hard to fix, I would really like someone to actually help please.

anyways your account is flagged to be checked and if they see your steam email , response will be in about 8 hrs when support are online for the day
