SWTOR Stuck on core worlds while game claims to be downloading but stuck at 0.%
So the game is fully patched, I was playing as one of my higher level toons this morning with my other half, but while doing the heroic's on hoth together my game suddenly went into "Not responding" and crashed. (the not responding thing isn't just a SWTOR issue so I'm not looking to resolve that here, that's another problem for me to fix in other ways),
Now the other day when I re-joined SWTOR for the first time in a few months it did the whole patching thing and finished I loaded in and played no problems, logged out, fed and walks dog, made some food did other household chores, came back loaded it back up, logged in, started a new toon, loaded into tython where in it said "Game downloading 0.00%" I found this odd bit I carried on playing for a while, in that time it never moved from 0.00%, So I logged out and quit the game and went to go play on another game. few days later I played SWTOR again, again with no issues ran around on my higher levels on hoth all evening no problems (aside from the odd bout of not responding but nothing that didn't fix its self)
Today I logged in on that same toon on Hoth with my other half, and we figured we'd get Hoths Heroic missions at of the way before finishing off the story missions, again loaded in no problems until I get into the mission where we set off some combat and the game freezes, goes into not responding and crashes, I give it a few moments, re load the game, no problems at launcher, go into chara select screen and suddenly there is that little "Downloading" thing again, making 90% of my toons unplayable because only a few are on core worlds, those being the lowbies who are soon to leave those worlds and head off into their next area of story. But again this download thing is not moving from 0.00% and its intermittent as to when I'll get it, sometimes I load in fine and can play normally, other times i'm blocked by it saying its trying to download the game but it remains stuck at 0.00%. I have also tried the fixes in this post.

But that doesn't seem to solve the issue, also downloading doesn't solve it.
(lol sorry I seem to have become a Answer's HQ regular with only questions lately lol)

I agree, If this continues to occur, non streaming as detailed in that link is best, the patch method it is switching too does not use bitraider
