Swtor subscription fails

I have been on a 30 days recurring subscription for swtor for a long time now, but this month it did not renew.

When i noticed this i didnt realy care too much because ive been of the game for almost 2 months now, but as of yesterday i started trying to purchase the same subscription but with no luck.

Any of the recurring subscriptions gives me error "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}” and the 60 days gives me this error "This service is currently unavailable for this account. If you wish to purchase more cartel coins please call our Customer Service team or you can try again tomorrow.".

EA help dont got any live chat support for SWTOR so there was no help there, In-game support and the official swtor forums are all locked for subscribers only and i can not open a new thread or a new support ticket. 

I first didnt want to turn to Answer HQ, because i belive this is something only devs can fix, but im not realy left with any other solution.

After looking on google ive tried to delete and re enter my credit card, clear cookie and cache, use incognito mode, different browser and different pc...without any success.

What left can i do?

    @ILostMyMedic

    First thing to do would be to wait 24h, then try again.

    There is an safty mechanisam that blocks the process after any brake in the entry.

    If that dosen't work out,  give them a call.

    I have had the problem for almost 3 days. but it got through a few hours ago and was able to resubscribe.

    Been trying for over 48hrs at various times of the day but still unable to subscribe. Like the original post there was no reason for my recurring subscription not to have gone through in the first place.

    Just tried deleting card info and re-inputting and now getting the message that my card cannot be used to pay for subscription.

    Having been a subscriber since the beginning I am not currently impressed.

    I have contacted customer services who say it is an issue with Origin so now trying to contact them

    I have the same problem. 

    I was told by SWTOR support to buy a game card from Amazon when my credit cards were not accepted (same card I used when I subscribed before and purchased Cartel Coins).

    So I did. I am sub'd now. But, I cannot use any of my credit cards to purchase Cartel Coins. I cannot use any of my credit cards to add as payment on my Origin account either.

    When I contacted SWTOR support again, I was told there's a problem with my Origin account being banned or suspended. I had no clue this was the case.

    I chatted online with an Origin rep who told me he was putting in a request to investigate my suspended account. I still haven't heard back from Origin.

    I just want to spend my money! Lol 😃

    Help.

    Thanks for the additional information @Xyis00. Fingers crossed for your Origin account to be unlocked quickly.

    The problem takes a few days but fixes it self...atleast did for me. A huge shame that subscriptions can renew because of this and it makes you not eligable for subscription rewards.
