1. How could I refund the cartel purchase? My little brother does some weird things and I want to refund the cartel purchase.
2. I could not Redeem any promo code. How can I fix it? (A while ago I changed the password on my SWTOR account. Someone wrote that it might help. )
I was just about to subscribe. But I'm not sure if I should do anything until you tell me the solutions to these problems.

you do need to call to fix the account issue , as to cost to call depends on your phone plan , mobile plan we have here has free calls to UK and US for example
worst case try calling with skype for example , here in Australia even if on the phone for an hour cost is like $2
Does this also apply to the problem of promo codes?
