Unable to Subscribe
As a founder from way back in 2012 who has decided to return to the game after a 9 year hiatus I find it absurd the lack of any customer service support provided for backend problems that should've been corrected ages ago.
I have been trying to purchase a new subscription only to be walled with the error 409 : there is a problem with your account please contact support. The joke is there is no support and I assume this issue is because the email associated with this account is old and has probably missed some form of a merge with the mess of spaghetti code that is used, as an FYI the general fix for this issue that has plagued SWTOR for years was to reset passwords for SWTOR and the EA account both of which has been done.
Im honestly surprised the game has actually held up and lasted with the lack of support customer service wise once the F2P models were introduced.
How do we correct the error 409 code so a subscription can be purchased?
