Wont let me subscribe

Question

I am trying to subscribe to the game and it returns an error, but i can not work out what is wrong with my account. I have nothing linked to the account as i deleted the link to STEAM as i had issues with an old account on STEAM that wouldnt let me login so did a direct download

The banner message i receive is, but i am going round and round in circles trying to raise this without a subscription

409 - Conflict

There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance

I have the same problem.I have reset password and my authenticator.I can log in and play, i just can't subscribe.

409 means the linked EA account is disabled requiring password reset or has been disabled and data wiped due to inactivity (on rare occasions the reason is the account is banned)

account issues cant be handled ingame even if a subscriber

If you login on the swtor account and go to the cartel coin tab at the bottom of that page is mange billing link, on that page it will display the email address used on the linked ea account
(it is possible you will not be able to access that page due to the issue)

If unable to reset the password on the linked ea account, you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can resolve the issue for you

Tried that nothing worked and i cant be ar222ed if the game managers cant rsolve it online and dont make it clear what the issue actually is then i move onwards and dont subscribe
