Not really when you think that the raid is designed for 50 people to complete over the course of several days. Tier 5 for example says g10. You can put damage on the board and have a good run at g10. Probably 500k a team or so. If you average that, that's 2.5 mil a day per person. With 50 people that is 125 mil a day. If I remember correctly, that woukd clear it in about 2 or 3 days which is how it's designed. But if you're trying to clear it with half the guild not participating you need much better teams to pull the weight of the anchors. But the req listed assume full participation.

Look at tier IV, if you really took toons at lvl 70, gear VII, with no omegas (or zetas) and no mods, it would take a guild of 50 weeks to get through just phase 1.

I doubt that. The defense is not that high on t4. It's pretty easy to get to enrage if you know the mechanics of the raid. Granted you won't get 2 mil a team at level 70 even at 100k a team, which is probably achievable with that low of a team, that's 25mil a day so p1 would take about 2 days since I think the health is around 45 mil. That makes the raid take about a week. P1 and 4 are slowest. P2 and 3 usually take half the time as p1. So that would be 2 days for p1 a day for p2 a day for p3 and 2 days for p4. That's 6 days if everyone plays and does crappy dmg. The reason p2 and 3 would go twice as fast is because the damage is typically more since they are easier. Though hard to actually test don't have many lvl 70 toons.

It doesn't seem like it makes much progress at 100k per team since that's only .2% per team but with 5 teams and 50 people it adds up.

8 days worth of 20 minutes per day, so almost 3 hours of game time for 6 MK 3 holo projectors, 6 MK 4 laptops and maybe something else. THIS is why people do not like this raid.

It takes you 20 minutes a day to out up 100k in the raid? I spend that each day but I shoot for 5 mil a day. We do t5 in 3 days because we don't allow slackers. But if you're only shooting for 100k per run it's 5 min tops. But I personally woukd rather get the rewards 2 times a week. And the guild event currency helps the rewards. I get 3 or 4 hundred of it twice a week. That gets me more g12 gear or hoda shards. It isn't so bad if the whole guild plays. It shouldn't take long to get your 100k per run uo to 2 then 5. Then get sime teams that can do over 1 mil oer run. Assuming you have some jtr teams, you can do a 2 to 3 mil run in 5 min. 20 or so of thse and you're through p1. Then a team or two each at p2 and it's done since it is super easy to do high dmg in p2. 20 or so chex mix teams each 5 min each clears p3. 10 or so ns teams kills nihlas in p4 or one really good one can solo it. Then the end is a slog but you have 50 people working on it so a team or two each. So assuming you have some decent teams and use them wisely, it realky only takes 5 or 6 runs each to win. Now at 5 min a run that is 30 min total. The reason it is such a slog, is because in most guilds half the guild or more half ass it so the rest have to double or triple teir efforts to beat the raid.

I spend more time total on haat. But I like to score high. The 20 mil runs take awhile.

Onething we are doing is asking our active players to post their good runs in a discord channel dedicated to the Sith raid. Seeing the teams people are using seems to help others realize they have those teams and can do that too!

Top rewards for HAAT are much better tho. Plus it's much less than 8 hours for a 20M run. It's an hour or so max. An hour once every 3-4 days compared to 20 min a day every day. The Sith raid is just too tough for too small of rewards for non heroic. I'm hoping new toons come out soon like the GMY rework that make the sigh raid more approachable.

I score close to 20 million over a 3 day and spend far lesd than 20 min a day. It just doesn't take that long for 2 decent runs and 3 crappy ones depending on the phase. I do spend a little more time coordinating since I'm our guild's str coordinator. But even that doesn't take that much time. The point is once you learn to use jtr in p1, a 3 mil run takes only 5 min or so.

My statement still stands:
If they have plenty of the teams that work in those phases, but many still don't play them, then the problem is not design. The problem is still that the guild has a mix of actively participating players and 15 freeloaders, who don't care to invest the same time as the others. It's not unusual. It's a challenge for any guild management to have a homogenous well—functioning guild. Most guild officers know that.

Yes, some people want everything to be easy, thats true, but I am not one of those people, I enjoy a challenge.... It took me around 100 tries to get 7* R2 and I loved every minute of it..... But phase one of the raid is just ****..... Toons don't work as intended.

The fact that basics up nihilus protection is just dumb, sure, maybe it would be ok if there was side targets to hit.... But that isn't always the case.... Standing there with no choice but to use a basic with just nihilus present feels cheesy imop..... If the rewards were halfway decent, it would be worth it, but they aren't.... I participate for my guild and not for fun.... That's not a good thing in a game....

That does reduce your damage a little but if you gear your toons and get their damage up it isn't that big of an issue. And while it can be annoying, it isn't broken. Basically it gives you two choices. Use toons that can do more dmage than they add for protection or use toons that have more special abilities. And there are side toons. If you only use weak basics on them they can be there for quite awhile.
