You're in the 5th area of sector 3 so I assume the teams there have the full 70% stat bonuses


Overprepared II adds +40% speed

Your SLKR has 527 speed (with reduced stamina) and gets 30 from his lead so he's sitting at 557 speed

BB Echo has a base speed of 198

BB Echo x 1.7 (sector stat bonuses) = 336 base speed

Now adding the Overprepared II bonus leads to
336 x 1.4 = 470 speed

That's still 87 speed below SLKR's speed.

There is:

1. Bonus modifier
2. Sector Stat Bonus
3. Overprepared Bonus

(ROUND((1 + (SectorStatBonus * 1.6 / 100)) * G13BaseSpeed) + FlatSpeedBonuses) * (1 + OverpreparedBonus)

1.6 is the safety for bonus modifier, and this will bring Echo to 587.664 speed ~ 588 speed approx

I do remember echo gets +8 speed i think from his unique so it should be slightly higher than 588
