Ability Ascension

Am I the only one who collected the free tier on mobile and decided to buy/collect the rest of them on pc for the single reason that its probably cheaper there but after opening the pc client I can't seem to  find the ability ascension there. (yes I restarted the client multiple times and yes I can still see and buy it on my mobile). Is this a bug or I'm missing something here?
