I'll tell you how it goes rn.
Top 10-50:- Absolute awful rewards. With some traya shards.
Top 3-10:- Mostly full g11 pieces, but again, poop g12/g12+ rewards.
Top 3:- Respectable rewards, high chance for fully crafted. If you fall on the other side of the spectrum tho, you are screwed and won't get g12+ fully crafted for half a dozen raids.
Even worse is the fact that some bad g12+(yes, 6+ speed isn't everything) tends to drop more often than others. Which makes this rng fest even worse.
I'd advice that you don't expect them to reply/ to fix this mess, and don't leave your guild either. Even if you get top 10/3 in some other guild, you have to pass an rng fest to get good rewards. And they want you to do just that. Don't fall in that trap after you have unlocked/7* traya. :)
