From what i got Nauros wrote to support to ask for a chromium because « those who bought one by mistake got a refund so it’s only fair i get one too », expecting to not receive anything but got 350 crystals. The sentence « clearly and accurately describing the situation » makes it hard for me to see it any other way.

3rd, it's 350 crystals. That is insignificant. If you accidentally spent that then you should just move on and be more careful. If you didn't and others are getting a free chromium for being careless, I know it's annoying they are rewarding carelessness but still insignificant so either way move on.

Feel free to send me 350 crystals since they are "insignificant". :)

Honesty cg should have never taken so long to implement this. This change probably took 5 secs. With that said they never should have given an option to refund accidental purchases and if they were gonna implement it it should have been automatic and no one should have needed to contact support i guess they are just either being lazy or want people to determine its not worth it and don't call in about it.

Now people are stuck in limbo on what exactly qualifies. Support says one thing player says another it just adds to player frustration for no reason. The fact is some players will try to take advantage of it. So why cg just couldn't Data mine those affected and issue in game refunds ill never know to many moving parts this way.

I drunkenly made the mistake myself, but RNGesus was with me! I won’t be claiming the crystals back FYI.
