I tried to submit a ticket aksing for a free chromium pull to get the same rewards as those who made the mistake, mostly just to see what will happen. I was expecting something like 10 CW Chewie shards at most, more likely nothing at all, but I got full 350 crystals.

Getting 350 crystals without having made the mistake in the first place but claiming you did is definitely both lying and cheating.

From what i got Nauros wrote to support to ask for a chromium because « those who bought one by mistake got a refund so it’s only fair i get one too », expecting to not receive anything but got 350 crystals. The sentence « clearly and accurately describing the situation » makes it hard for me to see it any other way.
