AFAIK there are already 3 posts which look like that they are genuine non-cheater got banned.
Of course there has not been any confirmation from the game about whether they are guilty or not...
But if they weren't...this is alarming...because it could happen to any1, got banned while innocent.

I wish they would perma ban more people for cheating/breaking ToS. Back when CG had that ban wave of 3rd party crystal byers, some only got banned temporarily. I have some of them in my shards. Some got banned permanently, some only for a few weeks. Those people got exposed back then (I don't know where it was, but I remember seeing a screenshot posted of all the players that they caught buying 3rd party crystals), but I'm assuming more are still around. There is at least one guy in my fleet shard that has bought 3rd party crystals before (and maybe still does) and he got unbanned long ago, so he is still around. Is there any chance to follow up with a permanent ban, or at least have CG investigate him to see if he still buys them? You can DM me for their ally code if you want.
