Added fleet to kyber GAC...

Please don't do this. Or if you must just do Kyber 1

They could go all in and increase the defenses to 10 teams per zone and then it would be up to the players to balance how much or little defense they think they could afford to get away with. Like that YouTuber who only placed ships on defense and still managed to win on offense.
