Please don't do this. Or if you must just do Kyber 1

Whilst I don't like the introduction of another fleet on defence because my fleet aren't great, I don't think this is the biggest issue with GAC.
I expect that many players will suffer in the lower leagues as Kyber players purposely or lazily lose to drop down. The issue is they will probably just ping pong between the two leagues for a while. Plus they are sacrificing rewards.
I would have thought this update should be after another 2 or 3 capital ships have been introduced, but there's plenty of scope for more ground to be set, I think that would change the GAC for the better.
I expect to see/hear more GAC mismatch complaints as this is implemented
