So your complaining because you didn't get cuffs? Your rewards were pretty good with chadek comlink prototype and salvage! Also got scanner salvage which was in the prize for 28 who also got a full cuff. So you actually got more but think this is better? 2 full pieces is pretty rare and number 5 got lucky!!I do think it's good for the game how the rewards are random and somebody in 35th could potentially get better rewards than somebody in 5th. After all these reward are from a guild raid; anybody who has played games with guild raids knows that's it's up the guild to distribute loot and the person who is the best doesn't just automatically get the best available piece of gear. Now I am in agreement with you that the chances of getting a full piece of gear should be raised and a few pieces should completly be removed from rewards. Maybe even have a small select list of 5 or 6 gear salvages and have each raid rewards contain some salvage of atleast 1 of those gear pieces.

I'm not good enough yet to have a right to complain about this, but it seems counterproductive. It encourages players to do worse or at the very least not try as hard in raids which in turn means less profit for CG and EA. If it benefits no one, why isn't it being addressed? It would not be that hard to switch top 3 rewards to the more coveted pieces of gear only.

Again... payout structure is just plain strange....

First gets more raid gear drops than 5th or 28th. Try getting 1st for the next 10 raids and compare it to the rewards that the 28th gets in the next 10 raids and the one ranking 1st will always have the greater amount of overall gear. There is nothing to fix. Its just RNG if you get gear that isn't that useful to you right now / not relevant to characters that you are currently gearing up.

This exactly. I am angered because EVERYONE needs cuffs, stun guns, etc.... hell what about the gear that can ONLY be gotten in raid rewards? Why isnt that given to the top finishers? It is just mind boggling that it is SO random. It should be weighed towards the top finishers.
