Another zeta drop rate post

Randomness is random. It sucks when you get the short straw, but it's nice when you get the long one.

Yep, and in my opinion the 'new most important thing in the game' shouldn't be based on a random number generator .... It's different with gear as you can run multiple ones at a time which reduces the likelihood of getting nothing and you can run as many as you want.

So much for the theory that drop rates are better when you don't sim lots of missions at once.

I'm willing to try anything at this point.

I haven't gotten one zeta drop in the last 3 weeks (but the one I got in January was a 2 zeta drop).

I started counting after the 2 zeta drop cause I had a bad feeling about it

Haven't gotten a zeta drop this month. I opened the challenge up within the first two weeks of ships and didn't spend ship currency on zeta cause I assumed the drop rate would be decent. It isn't and now I'm way behind as I am still a couple away from 20 and others are working on their third and fourth zeta's already.

If I would've realized that the drop rate would be horrible I wouldn't have bought all the character and ship shards from the fleet shipments and only bought zeta's.

Bruh you are so bad lucky and it's unfair to ya. I just unlocked the challenge early January and now I am working on my third zeta. Hang in there bruh.

I just unlocked zeta challenge last Saturday so I've had 8 attempts at getting zetas. So far I'm 7/8 in my attempts.

Agreed, the problem isn't the drop rate it's the fact that we only get 6 chances a week. We've all gone 10-12 sims for purple gear without getting one, but when that is two weeks of chances with 0 that sucks

Wish they could figure a way to make it more consistent and 'fair' for all

I have gotten 5 Zetas total in 5 weeks. So I am averaging 1 per week, so I should have 20 in just about 5 months! Neat...

Why are ship challenges only 2? At least make them three attempts like the other challenges :) would also ease the ship credit crunch a bit too
