If yoda could make every jedi have the same uniques it would be way over the top..
Also the Phoenix guys are pretty weak. They hit for Chief Nebit damage, so need 4 uniques just to function. Jedi, while they need a faction pass, do NOT need 5 leader abilities to not suck.
That why I think the devs did a great job; If they are not in a phoenix team they suck. :)
But lets still wait for the rest for a conclusion :#
