Arena rewards need revamp
CG and developers started this new project to improve new player experience but they chase them away with GW and arena. I only get 50 arena tokens per day because I can't climb the ranks with my Phoe...

There are no plans to rework either arena, or the tokens rewarded. As was pointed out above, your math is not accounting for all sources and the game has a pace to it, and things take time. They also halved the time to get any toons like that from the double shard change. There is not likely to be any further adjustments to that pace in the near term.
Yes new players need sim tickets, but opening up fleet arena resolves that issue, that was a very specific change they made, and I dont expect them to make any further changes to the sim ticket system.
