Arena Team

I think you have a solid group With Palp, StHan, RG, and Wiggs. The side benefit to building those characters towards your arena is that you'll also be ready to get Palp to 7* next time his event rolls around.

RG is the least Star dependent of this group, so I would farm Wedge first, but I'd say that's a good group to shift to. The other option would be Boba instead of RG in roughly the same group, but he's a little harder to gear, although farming him won't interfere with any of the rest of the squad.

Or you could just keep gearing Qui-Gon and shove him into that slot...

TLDR: Build Wiggs and Han, shove em in a group with Palp and a fifth of your choosing.

Who's leading?

I think that depends on your fifth. Vader or RG, and I'd probably go Palp for more control. QGJ or Boba, and I'd probably go Wedge to help keep your Han and Biggs alive and bringing more damage.
