Banned for no reason

Standard operation from people who wont and can't help you. I've had an ingame issue for a year or so now, I've provided screen shots, each day or each week its a bunch of dead end responses then "have you tried the forum" yeah I have and I don't see why anyone on a public forum would top up my account with items I bought I never got.


I'm not surprised they sent you here, none of the people that ever respond on the ingame answer anything, use real names and when they don't know what to do, they end the chat. I hope your figure out why your account was banned, my got banned last year for no apparent reason either for a week, never used any cheat codes (wouldn't even know how) and at the most I've spent a total of $10 USD on the game in 6 years of playing it.

I would think if you ban someone even for a day, that standard procedure would be to inform them they were banned, tell them why, and give them an address or something where they can challenge it if they want to. Just banning them and saying squat is a pretty poor way of handling it.

It might clog things up a little if there was a remit to address, but if the reason they were banned was in the message, at least they'd know how they were busted so they (ideally) wouldn't claim ignorance

Does it though? People here in these threads debunk claims in minutes, sometimes seconds. And you said yourself that accounts are accidentally banned. So, you're just supposed to wait on posting a message and hoping to get it through the system which means the guy could miss 3 - 4 days, maybe more, maybe less. Could less several hard to gain spots in arena's, etc, lose tons of mats and what do they do? 'Sorry about that bud, we'll turn it back on'?

If you have the evidence the ban the account, you have the extra 30 seconds to cut/paste the info in the ban email and explain why. Not doing that is sort of the equivalent of what happened to Cassian in his show.

Sure, i wager 9/10 ban's are legit, maybe 99/100. Doesn't give them the right to hammer the 1/100 and tell them the sucks to be you, does it?

CG tells you the exact reason when you reach out to them in a Private Message, at least that's what I've heard

That's the approach they have taken, for whatever reason

Maybe it is difficult for CG to send a customized message to each individual idk

I've missed out on the last 4 days worth of game, gonna lose my grand arena, losing so much energy and materials, missed out on TW, I've messaged CG_Lucifer but I haven't got any response back from him, I was very optimistic that this would be settled after one phone call to EA help but here I am, still waiting.
