This Relic Delta is an aberration; it completely negates the modules. We're back to the first year of the game, where the most powerful player wins. Go ahead and create a new event where only the whales can progress and spend money... But get rid of this **bleep** Relic Delta!
How does it negate the mods, if you have been playing since the first year surely your roster is not flat at a low relic level? A small relic delta average is straight forward to navigate. I even have some R3 supports that function well as long as the tank taunts, against higher relics. Such as DS Bastila. I am far more bothered about the coliseum rewards structure than relic delta.
