Bugs again... Jar Jar event tier 1

Howdy! I've counted 2 huge bugs so far  related to the event Bombad General (Jar jar). Only 10 stacks of shield generator. Nass third special does nothing, no debuffs, no damage, no nothing!! Jar...

this is ridiculous CG fix your game! or was this intentional so less people get JJ this time??
