Cache up things for new players

Maybe disadvantage is the wrong word, overwhelming like they said above? Yes you can pay to catch up, I'm just thinking a start to help out. Missing phoenix marquees is almost an entire 7star char someone misses out on. So it's a compounding issue. Sure they can catch up with cash, but if the player quits because they're so overwhelmed with how much they need the game is losing out. Marquees are designed to get you hyped and want that character right? By not letting newbies do the marquees for old stuff they aren't letting them see what the toon can do.
