Can GP factor back into GA matchmaking now?

This issue is soooo bad at the bottom. I have 2.4M with a handful of relic toons in bronzium. Fist round I managed to punch up against a 4M account who didn’t save enough for O and had not great mods. My next OP is 6M with 2 GL. IN BRONZIUM! All these big boys who are just riding the free crystal train and then yo-yoing back up if they care to make the dirt leagues no fun at all. Having floors beyond which you can’t fall or getting banned for not playing seems to be the only solution.
